"Night Road"

I received this book from a lovely friend for my birthday earlier this year. It took me ages to get through the last book, so I was only able to pick "Night Road" up recently. I got through this book really quickly, both because I've found my 'reading grove' again, getting early nights so I can read before I go to sleep and because it was such a great book it was hard to put it down.

"Night Road" is a story about a friendship between 3 people - Zach & Mia, who are twins, and Lexi, a girl who becomes Mia's best friend. Tragedy strikes during the book and the story continues with how this tragedy has affected the 3 friends and their families. The author really got me thinking about how I would have responded in the different circumstances that arose.

The author took you on a journey in this book... there were such wonderfully happy moments and at other times, some gut-wrenching sad moments. Although tragic, the storyline was great to read and was a fantastic page turner.

I will enjoy reading this book again some time in the future.
