I won this book from Goodreads. After getting into the book, I realised that it's not a book I would normally tend to read, but was interested enough to continue reading, especially so I could do a book review on it for Goodreads.I did finish the book, but unfortunately it wasn't a book that I really got into. I didn't find it to be a real page turner and it moved a little slowly for me. So much so, I didn't find it really had much of a story line. In the second or third half, it started to pick up a little but admittedly, I was really only reading it so that I could say I finished it.
One of the main characters, Geneva, annoyed me and Sean, the other main character, annoyed me by the way he responded to Geneva. Maybe it's just because I couldn't relate to their situation because I have different morals etc, but their relationship was just cringe factor for me.
I hate giving bad reviews to books, especially as this one was a free book from the author, but I want to be honest as well.
